“Excellent location. Rooms are outstanding as they all face the ocean with a great beach in front of you. The buffet breakfast, which was included, was delicious with a great selection. Super staff, very accommodating. We can’t wait to go back.”
“We needed a hotel for one night, so just quickly booked the Best Western as you usually know what you get. Well this place far exceeded our expectations and is actually a destination hotel. Would definitely come here for a few days. The location is stunning. The piece of beach that it is on is absolutely beautiful. Views from the room also spectacular. Staff was also very friendly without being over the top. We highly enjoyed our stay and will return.”
“Great accommodation, that was just newly renovated. Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff. Dog friendly my Julius loved it, very important for me. Location right by the beach. Short distance to Wild Side Grill, Gelato and more. Shuttle available to get you to and from. Buffet breakfast included. Great vacation.”
“Beautifully situated on the beach. Was perfect. We spent some quality time on the beach. Close to town of Tofino where we enjoyed a nice lunch. I would definitely return. In fact we plan to later in the year.”
“We found this hotel to be a good value with a very friendly staff and it’s dog-friendly too! Just steps to the beach that our dogs loved running on! Bonus: full breakfast provided each morning, with a variety of hot food.”
“The hotel is located on the same beach area that we were surfing on. The room was clean and had everything needed for a enjoyable nights stay. The complimentary breakfast has many choices and was a nice start to our day. We are a family of four with a 4 and 7 year old. We would stay here again.”
“I was impressed with the location and proximity to the beach. The surf shop was very nice, on site and very convenient and friendly. The staff was very helpful and enjoyed chatting with them. I love the new outdoor hot tub!”
“Our third floor room offered a fantastic view of Mackenzie Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The cold, clear weather we had offered stunning sunsets every evening. The beach was moments away. Great location and a very comfortable room. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Our next trip to the west coast of Vancouver Island will have us staying here once again.”
“Tin Wis looks over Mackenzie Beach just outside Tofino and every room has a window wall facing the ocean. With the sliding door open, the sound of the waves at night is hypnotic; and the afternoon sun and sunset make sitting on the small patio a transcendent experience, even in late October. The Long Beach area is a hiker’s dream and, after a day walking the beaches and trails, Tin Wis is a welcoming and elegant destination.”
