Summer Deposit Policy for May 1 – October 31
Full non-refundable payment will be processed 7 days prior to arrival
All reservations or individual nights cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be non-refundable
Winter Deposit Policy for November 1 – April 30
Full non-refundable payment will be processed 72 hours prior to arrival
All reservations or individual nights cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be non-refundable
Advance Purchase Reservation, Full non-refundable payment will be processed at the time of booking for this special promotion to apply.
Please note that Early check-out, Late arrival, or No-Show reservations are non-refundable. Group bookings are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the group agreement.
Please be sure to bring your Government Issued ID as it is required for security reasons for check-in along with a valid credit card (VISA, Master Card, AMEX). Credit cards are required to process a pre-authorization at check-in. Cash/Debit deposits are not accepted. The same credit card that the booking was made with will be required at arrival.
Guests must be 18 years of age, or older, with photo identification to reserve a room and to check-in. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Please stay informed of road conditions and ferry conditions.
Note that winter tires are required during the winter season (October 1 – April 30). Cancellations will not be accepted unless the ferries/roads are physically closed.
