    If Guest rooms are Needed





    Terms & Conditions:

    • A credit card will be required to confirm the booking unless you have set up direct billing with the hotel in which case a purchase order will be required to confirm.

    • All catering/room requirements must be provided to the hotel at a minimum of 14 days prior to the event.

    • To receive discounted room rates, a minimum of 10 rooms are required.

    • Group cancellation policy for guest rooms is 30 days prior to arrival and at this time, a rooming list will be required.
